We are introducing a new contract cancellation feature to help improve the management of charging contracts. Here’s what you need to know: 

• When your Lexus Charging Network account is closed/cancelled, the charging contracts currently linked to your Lexus Charging Network account will be temporarily blocked for 30 days.
• If you reactivate your Lexus Charging Network account within this period, the charging contract(s) can be reactivated.
• If your Lexus Charging Network account is not reactivated within 30 days, the associated charging contracts will be permanently terminated.
