To reset or update your Lexus Charging Network login credentials, follow these steps:
Resetting your password
- Go to the www.lexus.com Login page, accessible via www.lexus.com.
- Click on "Forgot password" and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Tip: If you do not receive a password reset email, it is possible that your www.lexus.com is different from the email address that you used for registering your account. Please note that your login and communication email addresses may be different. Please try logging in with another one of your frequently used email addresses.
Changing your login email or password
To change the email address or password linked to your Lexus Charging Network account, please visit the www.lexus.com page on the Lexus website. This is where your login credentials are managed.
Important: You cannot change your password directly on the Lexus Charging Network website. Any updates made on the www.lexus.com page will automatically apply to your Lexus Charging Network account as well.
Updating communication email address
Once logged into your Lexus Charging Network account:
- You can update the email address used for receiving billing and marketing communications.
Note: This change does not affect your login email address, which will remain unchanged unless updated separately via the www.lexus.com website.
